The Food Therapy Podcast

Feb 27, 2022

With the pandemic changing the way people worked out, many needed a creative and physical outlet. Lot’s of gyms and fitness studios changed and adapted their model to fit the new world order, and in doing so, some studios created new routines that were not only effective but super fun as well!

In today’s episode, we are talking to Sadie Kurzban, CEO and founder of 305 Fitness, a live DJ dance workout studio with a mission to empower people to love themselves harder and express themselves louder.

During our conversation, Sadie shares how her own cultural upbringing and childhood in Miami informed her views on fitness and her body. She speaks on why fitness should be fun, why 305 knows there is no perfect body and all bodies matter in the studio, and the importance of fitness and dance on your health!
